Week four, very close
Week four is winding down. The only things left on the list are the kickstand, bars, and license plate/tail light.
This week I put on the pipes, headlamp, shift linkage, and oil tank. I have to make an adjustment to the tank, so it will fit better. The seat is a bit of a problem, I am not exactly sure what it is I have to do to fix it.
I really wanna ride this thing.

What's up with the seat?
I need an upholstery person to remove about an inch worth of material from the front of it.
And you couldn't do that? I would offer but it's a long way to send a seat!!
Ok, fine so sounds like a job for a fair female, do you have any close by that could sort it?
I am going to start looking this week. It would be nice if I could do it myself.
There is no reason why you couldn't. I mean let's have a think here. You need to remove an inch worth of material. Now I'm assuming that it is stitched in somewhere underneath the seat, so what we're looking at here is an un-stitch, snip, re-stitch kind of situation. A man of your talent! Easy..... Give it a try, but practice on something easier first!
Found out all I really need to do is move the mounting tabs forward about 9/16 of an inch. Two rivets and some glue, no problem huh!
